The Sidecar
The Sidecar cocktail bar exudes a stylish, elegant, and contemporary twist on a 1930s establishment. It boasts an Art Deco-inspired interior, complemented by modern jazz, echoing the post-prohibition era cocktail culture, where champagne and classic cocktails are crafted with old-school flair. Martinis served from an exclusive tableside martini trolley have become the hallmark of The Sidecar.
Balfes
Infused with Parisian and New York influences, Balfes bar and brasserie serves nutritious breakfasts, leisurely lunches, dinners, and cocktails. Start the day with something from Balfes’ renowned brunch menu or savour a culinary selection from the Plats du Jour menu, where every weekday brings a new 3-course lunch board. Alternatively, choose from the extensive All Day Dining menu, which features fresh Carlingford oysters, Hereford Prime ribeye steak, and a soya and ginger salmon poke bowl, catering to all palates.
Wilde
Wilde restaurant redefines traditional dining by creating a unique destination that emanates both relaxation and luxury. The central design ethos fuses 1930s elegance with an abundance of greenery, giving guests the sense of alfresco dining. The menus at Wilde celebrate the best of Irish produce, combining beloved local favourites with classic cuisine from around the world.

Bedrooms & Suites
Chic design is the order of the day in the 205 guest bedrooms, including 30 Suites, which feature extraordinarily comfortable Sealy beds draped in Irish Lissadell linen. Duck-down duvets and custom-designed furniture elevate the overall comfort and style of the rooms. Meanwhile, Nespresso coffee machines and Malin + Goetz bathroom amenities add to the luxury.

The Westbury's seven superb, state-of-the-art boardrooms welcome natural daylight and are finished with fine contemporary artwork. Accommodating up to 160 guests, the space features private cocktail bars and picturesque balconies, presenting the perfect backdrop for celebrations in the city, particularly during the Christmas season. For smaller, more private gatherings, ranging from 8 to 40 attendees, The Clarendon, Kildare, and Trinity provide a unique ambiance catering to intimate celebrations.

Private cocktail bars, picturesque balconies and a state-of-the-art video wall make The Grafton Suite, the hotel’s largest event space, a perfect setting for Christmas celebrations at the very heart of the city.
